The Trenton Housing 2024 Scholarship Program awards financial scholarships to residents entering college as freshmen or continuing college students! We believe in encouraging academic performance by assisting residents with the cost of college fees throughout their college careers.

Previous Scholarship Information
The 2023 NJNAHRO Scholarship Application deadline has been extended to May 26! The New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials is now accepting applications for the 2023 Scholarship Program. This program is open to both High School Seniors and applicants that previously graduated and would like to go back to school. It is available for college and trade schools. All applications are due by May 26th, 2023 and must be 100% complete with all required attachments. You must be a resident of public housing or Section 8 for a minimum of 12 months prior to submitting an application.
All applications must be submitted by your Housing Authority. Eligible Housing Authorities must be members in good standing with NJNAHRO.

Capital Health’s Trenton Neighborhood Initiative Scholarship offers selected Trenton residents up to $5,000 in supplemental financial aid that can be used to cover tuition, books, fees, and related program costs – plus childcare and/or transportation expenses!
