It’s time to kickstart your career! The Trenton Housing Authority and Mercer County Executive Dan Benson are hosting a Resource and Career Fair on October 16 from 11am to 3pm at Donnelly Homes. This event will feature close to 30 state, county, and city organizations to help residents and the surrounding Trenton community meet training and employment opportunities with success! The fair will feature an expungement clinic, the Motor Vehicle Commission mobile unit to assist with licensing needs, and a DJ to keep the event fun and lively! Come out and see what we have in store for you.

  • Names and dates of birth of all family members to live in household

The Application Process

Complete your pre-application

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

Complete your full application

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
