Richard Squire-Tibbs has 20+ years of General Accounting and Finance experience. He has extensive financial accounting knowledge in the areas of policy development, internal controls (SOX), performance management, legal compliance, compensation, talent development and change management. Mr. Squire-Tibbs worked in corporate operations and field office environments inclusive of technology, financial services, real estate, commercial markets, publishing, and pharmaceutical industries. He is also skilled in assessing financial performance, analyzing current profitability and risk, while managing a team of finance professionals.

Throughout his career, Mr. Squire-Tibbs held several leadership positions with multibillion-dollar corporations including; PricewaterhouseCoopers, Comcast, Willis Towers Watson, and The McGraw-Hill Companies, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance functions.

Mr. Squire-Tibbs holds a BA in Accounting from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He resides in New Jersey and enjoys volunteering and coaching youth sports in the community.

The Application Process

Complete your pre-application

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

Complete your full application

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
