Francine Nalbone

Director of Human Resources

Francine Nalbone has 30 years’ experience in the public housing industry. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Trenton Housing Authority (THA). In this role, Ms. Nalbone is responsible for ensuring that the agency remains compliant with State and Federal labor laws. During her tenure at THA, she has served in various positions within the areas of accounting, human resources, and risk management.

 

Ms. Nalbone was born and raised in the City of Trenton and after graduating from Trenton Central High School, she attended Mercer County Community College and the University of Phoenix, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She credits the experiences and lessons learned during her employment at THA to her growth as a human being.

The Application Process

Complete your pre-application

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

Complete your full application

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
