Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) is a program that promotes independence, self-sufficiency and goal setting among THA residents. The program includes one on one counseling and referrals to supportive service providers. The mission of the program is to help THA residents set and achieve short- and long-term goals, one family at a time. Some of the goals set by residents include obtaining stable employment, budgeting and saving, achieving homeownership, purchase of transportation, pursuing vocational training or higher education, and much more.
