You Are Invited to a Special Event During the NJ League of Municipalities in Atlantic City

 

Executive Director Jelani Garrett invites you to join the Trenton Housing Authority and the City of Trenton to learn about the revitalization and redevelopment of North Trenton’s Battle Monument Choice Neighborhood.

With strategic partnerships and the $1,300,000 Choice Neighborhoods grant, a transformative plan rooted in community aspirations and guided by local expertise is underway for the neighborhood, poised to revitalize the area and integrate it with the city’s growth efforts.   • Names and dates of birth of all family members to live in household

The Application Process

Complete your pre-application

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

Complete your full application

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
