Lee W. Ingram, a native and life-long resident of the City of Trenton was educated in the Trenton Public School system. He served with the United States Army and is currently employed with NJ Transit as a bus operator.
A minister and community activist, he believes that a hands-on approach is the best solution to prompting change within the City.

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
