Rush Crossing

Rush Crossing

Rush Crossing Apartments were built in 2014. Located at 1 Rider Avenue, Rush Crossing is comprised of 204 apartments offering one to four-bedroom units. It contains 73 Public Housing (ACC) units and all Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units.

All units at Rush Crossing are LEED certified with washer/dryer hook-ups. The new community building provides community space for residents; a Neighborhood Network Center; offices for management, social services, and maintenance; and a unit for the superintendent (in addition to 10 one-bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor).

Pennrose Management serves as the owner and manager of the Rush Crossing site and is responsible for the site’s day-to-day operations. THA is the owner of the land and has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Pennrose. THA provides operating subsidy for the 73 ACC units at the site.
